  2. ACE inhibitors are used to control Hypertension ( Blood Pressure) And Phentermine is a drug used to decrease appetite and to reduce weight. Phentermine causes hypertension so its contraindicated in patient having Cardiovascular disease or hypertension. So when you use ACE inhibitors to decrease B.P. and phentermine ‘ll incease it. I think you should not use Phentermine. But ACE inhibitors don’t ‘ve drug reactions with phentermine. If its necessary to use both of them you can you use it.
